Shipping & Returns
Order Processing Time: All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days before they are shipped (excluding weekends). You will receive an email confirmation of purchase upon the completion of your transaction. Tracking information will be emailed once your items are shipped.
International Orders: At the present time We Do Not Ship Internationally.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the tracking notice indicates the package was delivered, we will not re-ship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office.
Shipping Damages: Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the mail carrier.
Damaged items: When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if the product or products have spilled out. Please take photos in the original package and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Our customer service department will respond within 24-48 hours.
